My job is to guide you through this wonderful experience. As your Wedding Officiant, I’ll work with you to ensure that your ceremony is a true reflection of your wishes, your vision and your personality.
Scott Rothwell - Ottawa Wedding Officiant
lawyer by profession, a wedding officiant by choice. I have considerable experience in public speaking, including amateur acting and improvisational comedy. I am happily married and a proud father of two. I am a wedding officiant licensed by the Province of Ontario and sponsored by the Humanist Association of Canada to serve the greater Ottawa, Ontario region. As a Humanist Officiant, I provide secular, non-religious wedding services and other ceremonies, and proudly include in my services the officiating of same-sex weddings. I do not include religious elements in my ceremonies.
